Digital Product Not as Described: If a digital product you purchase (e.g., an eBook, template, software tool, preset) is significantly different from the description provided on our sales page, we will replace it with a product that matches the description. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.

  • Results Take Time (Especially for SEO & PPC): Services like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) management, and social media growth are not instantaneous. These strategies require time to research, implement, and gain traction. We provide estimated timelines, but we cannot guarantee specific results or rankings on search engines like Google due to their constantly changing algorithms. Therefore, refunds are not provided simply because desired results are not achieved within a specific timeframe, provided we are actively working on your account as per the strategy.
  • Client-Dependent Timelines: Project timelines often depend on client feedback and the timely provision of materials (content, logins, approvals). Delays on the client’s side will affect the project completion date and are not grounds for a refund.
  • “Change of Mind” or Unused Services: We do not offer refunds for a “change of mind,” if you decide you no longer need the service, or for any unused portion of a pre-paid retainer or subscription package.
